A stoppage-time goal from Taisei Marukawa gave Dewa United a 2-1 away victory over PSIM Yogyakarta on 6 November, lifting them into first place in Indonesia’s Super League 2026/2027. The ninth-round match took place at Sultan Agung Stadium in Bantul, Yogyakarta.

Dewa United now have 20 points, ahead of second-placed Persija Jakarta on 18. Persija can reclaim the lead by beating Persebaya Surabaya at Jakarta International Stadium on 7 November, with kick-off scheduled for 19:00 WIB.

Osmar Loss’s visitors controlled the opening half with a 4-3-3 formation, deploying Denilson Junior, Rafael Struick and Noah Sadaoui in attack. Denilson converted an 11th-minute penalty after a VAR review found that PSIM’s Adrian Dalmau had handled the ball.

PSIM reached half-time without conceding again and turned to counter-attacks and set pieces after the interval. Ezequiel Vidal equalised in the 66th minute, but Dewa United continued to push forward before Marukawa struck the winner in the 95th minute.
