Ghazali wins Paez rematch at The Inner Circle 35
The unanimous decision in Bangkok ended Johan Ghazali’s run of two defeats and lifted his professional record to 28-11.

Johan Ghazali earned a unanimous decision against Diego Paez on October 16 at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok. Their flyweight Muay Thai contest was the co-main event at The Inner Circle 35 and reversed Paez’s split-decision win in their previous meeting.
Jabs and body kicks helped Ghazali establish his attack in the first round. Paez connected with a left hook and a step-in knee, before Ghazali landed an elbow towards the end of the round. In the second, Ghazali pursued Paez with punches to the body and overhand rights.
After escaping Paez’s clinch early in the final round, Ghazali continued targeting both head and body. The fighters traded strikes before the bell, with the judges’ decision ending Ghazali’s two-bout losing streak.
In another bout, Olivia Bahsous, 16, recorded a second-round technical knockout against Malia Weaver in atomweight Muay Thai. Bahsous knocked Weaver down with a push kick, prompting the referee to stop the fight at 2:46. Her record rose to 18-1 following a third consecutive stoppage victory on the global stage.
Jaradchai Maxjandee defeated Ayoub Yassine at flyweight, taking his record to 78-25 and extending his winning run in the weekly series to five. In the opening strawweight bout, Face Erawan beat Valerii Strungari by unanimous decision to reach 81-18.
