Hong Kong beat Cambodia 2-0 to win FIFA ASEAN Cup Division 2

Cambodia lost 2-0 to hosts Hong Kong in the FIFA ASEAN Cup 2026 Division 2 final at Kai Tak Stadium on 3 October. Goals from Matthew Orr and Everton Camargo gave Hong Kong the title.
Hong Kong applied pressure early, with Philip Chan attempting to score in the fourth minute and Cambodia’s goalkeeper making an important save in the 14th. Cambodia responded with a Samuel Bong shot in the 26th minute, but the match remained goalless.
Orr broke the deadlock in the 41st minute after an assist from Sun Ming Him, giving the hosts a 1-0 half-time lead. Cambodia threatened through Andres Nieto in the 48th minute as they sought an equaliser.
A foul by Meng Chheng inside the penalty area gave Hong Kong a spot-kick, which Camargo converted. Soknet Hav later had an unsuccessful attempt for Cambodia, while Sun Ming Him and Tan Chun Lok also went for goal for Hong Kong. Both teams created further chances, but neither scored again.
