Indonesia bottom of Group A after 0-3 futsal loss to Brazil
Indonesia must beat Cape Verde in their final group match to claim second place, while a draw would be enough for their opponents.

Indonesia sit last in Group A at the 2026 Copa das Nacoes de Futsal after losing 0-3 to Brazil, who have secured top spot with two victories.
Brazil scored twice before the interval and added another goal in the second half. Indonesia were unable to score against the world's top-ranked side.
The result leaves Indonesia and Cape Verde with 0 points each, behind Brazil on 6 points. Cape Verde hold second place on goal difference, having lost their opening match against Brazil by a 2-4 scoreline.
Only the meeting between Indonesia and Cape Verde remains in the group. Indonesia need a victory to finish as runners-up, whereas Cape Verde can retain second place with a draw because of their better goal difference.
Their match is scheduled for Friday, 16 October local time, or Saturday morning, 17 October in Western Indonesian Time.
