Indonesia secured a place in the Women's U-17 Asian Cup finals by defeating Singapore 5-0 on 11 October, completing their Group B qualifying campaign with three victories. The match against the hosts decided who would finish top of the group.

Tiny Fadilla scored two goals in the final qualifier. Febri Arym, Kesya Arabela and Ayla Dva contributed one each as the team coached by Timo Scheunemann won its third consecutive match.

Indonesia had begun the campaign with a 2-0 win against Bahrain at Bishan Stadium in Singapore on 5 October. Kesya Arabela supplied both goals, giving Indonesia a winning start before their second fixture against Saudi Arabia.

That match, played on 8 October, ended in a 3-1 victory for Indonesia. Nafeeza Ayasha Nori scored twice and Tiny Fadilla added the other goal. Those opening wins set up the group decider against Singapore, where Indonesia confirmed their qualification for the finals.
