Johor Darul Ta'zim will host Brunei DPMM with a 2-0 aggregate advantage in their FA Cup semi-final return leg as they pursue a fifth successive appearance in the final. Selangor lead Kuching City 2-1 ahead of the other return fixture in Kuching.

The Malaysian Football League has chosen Sultan Ibrahim Stadium for the final because upgrading work is continuing at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil. JDT will also play their semi-final return at Sultan Ibrahim Stadium.

Bergson da Silva and Eddy Israfilov scored in JDT's first-leg win in Bandar Seri Begawan. Head coach Xisco Munoz said his team would seek further goals rather than rely on their existing advantage.

DPMM head coach Jamie McAllister said he believed his players could overturn the deficit, stressing that scoring first would improve their chances of recovering.

Kuching City enter their home leg in Petra Jaya after beating South Korean club Gangwon 2-0 in the Asian Champions League Two. Coach Aidil Sharin Sahak urged his squad to put that result aside and concentrate on domestic competition.

Kuching will be without injured striker Ronald Ngah Wanja, while Brazilian defender Gabriel Peres is expected to miss two months following knee surgery.

Selangor won the opening leg at MBPJ Stadium. Coach Kim Pan Gon acknowledged the challenge awaiting his team in Borneo but said his players had the determination to secure a final place.
