Indonesia will have two representatives contesting the Hylo Open 2026 finals after semi-final victories for Jonatan Christie and the pair of Amallia Cahaya Pratiwi and Siti Fadia Silva. Amri Syahawi and Nita Violina Marwah missed out following a three-game defeat.

Jonatan won his first game against Anders Antonsen 21-16 and was leading 16-13 in the second when Antonsen withdrew, ending the contest.

Pratiwi and Fadia overcame Gabriela Stoeva and Stefani Stoeva to join Jonatan in the finals. The Indonesian pair took the first game 21-16 before clinching the second 24-22.

Denmark's Jesper Toft and Amalie Cecilie Kudsk denied Amri and Nita a place in the finals. The Indonesian pair won the opener but lost the match 23-21, 12-21, 20-22 after 1 hour 8 minutes.

Amri said tactical changes, adapting quickly and controlling play had shaped the contest. He identified Toft's sharp shots as a difficulty and said he needed greater consistency and the confidence to use tactics suited to different opponents.
