Malaysia finished a three-tournament European run with three titles after Man Wei Chong-Tee Kai Wun defeated Goh Sze Fei-Nur Izzuddin in the French Open men’s doubles final in Paris.

The recently reunited Man-Tee pairing claimed the Super 750 crown in an all-Malaysian contest. Two other Malaysian pairs reached finals in Paris: Hoo Pang Ron-Lai Pei Jing in mixed doubles and Pearly Tan-M. Thinaah in women’s doubles. Both finished as runners-up.

The first title of the run came at the Super 500 Arctic Open on 11 October, with scratch combination Aaron Tai-Yap Roy King winning the men’s doubles competition.

A week later, Tan-Thinaah won the Denmark Open, giving Malaysia its first women’s doubles champions at the Super 750 event in 18 years. Malaysia also had a men’s doubles finalist there, with Aaron Chia-Soh Wooi Yik taking the runner-up spot.

In 2023, Malaysia collected two titles on the European circuit through Lee Zii Jia’s Arctic Open victory and Chia-Soh’s success at the Denmark Open.
