Every ticket category for the 2026 Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia at Mandalika has sold out, event chairman Troy Reza Warokka announced on 9 October. Speaking at Mandalika, he said the ticketing team had confirmed that no tickets remained, including for the premium royal box.

Warokka said buyers were still seeking tickets, but organisers would not expand the allocation because of the circuit’s capacity and rules governing the event. He said royal box tickets were among the quickest to sell out, while demand for VIP facilities was also high.

Sales began in June 2026 through several channels, including an early-bird programme. Promotional tickets sold out in about one week. Organisers initially treated that response cautiously because discounted prices could have driven early purchases, but Warokka said sales remained strong afterwards.

Warokka attributed part of the demand to MotoGP world champion Marc Marquez’s presence. He also said spectators were keen to support Indonesian riders Mario Aji and Veda Ega Pratama, who will compete in Moto2 and Moto3 respectively.

The programme also includes the Mandalika Street Food Festival and the Energizing Indonesia music festival, featuring Agnez Mo, Judika, D’Masiv and Ungu, among other performers. Warokka said the combination of racing and entertainment was another attraction for spectators.
