Persita beat Persija 3-2 with stoppage-time winner
Aleksa Andrejic’s late goal ended Persija’s unbeaten start, while Persita remained undefeated through the fifth round.

Aleksa Andrejic scored in the sixth minute of stoppage time as Persita Tangerang defeated Persija Jakarta 3-2 at Banten International Stadium on 17 October. The result handed the visitors their first defeat of the 2026/2027 Super League season.
A defensive mistake gave Hokky Caraka room to carry the ball forward before setting up Andrejic for the decisive finish. Persija had twice recovered from a goal down, but Persita’s late strike kept the hosts unbeaten through the fifth round.
Luquinhas opened the scoring inside five minutes, heading in Rayco Rodriguez’s delivery. Fabio Calonego equalised in the 18th minute after Javlon Guseynov failed to clear the ball properly inside the penalty area.
The second half began after a 30-minute delay because of a situation around the stadium described as unsettled. Persija attacked after the restart, but Rodriguez restored Persita’s lead in the 61st minute with a long-range shot following a corner.
Persija drew level again through Alexander Jeremejeff’s penalty in the 74th minute. Referee Rio Permana Putra awarded the spot-kick following Dion Markx’s challenge on Rayhan Hannan and maintained the decision after a VAR check.
