Prajanchai clears weight for Bangkok kickboxing return
His contest with Wang Junguang comes before an undated Muay Thai title unification bout against interim champion Aliff Sor Dechapan.

Prajanchai Pongsuphan PK registered 125lb and passed hydration ahead of his three-round kickboxing match against China’s Wang Junguang at The Inner Circle 35. The headline contest at Bangkok’s Lumpinee Stadium will mark his first ONE Championship appearance in more than a year.
Wang recorded 123.4lb and cleared the hydration check. All 14 contests on The Inner Circle 35 and ONE Friday Fights 175 will proceed, despite Valerii Strungari weighing 125.6lb, or 0.6lb above the strawweight limit. Strungari agreed to pay weight compensation for his Muay Thai bout against Face Erawan, who weighed 124.8lb.
Prajanchai, ONE’s strawweight Muay Thai champion, had his return delayed by finger surgery after Jonathan Di Bella took his kickboxing title by unanimous decision at ONE Fight Night 36. He told ONE that the injury had healed fully and that he wanted to assess his fitness in competition before defending his Muay Thai belt.
A title unification meeting with Aliff Sor Dechapan has no confirmed date. Aliff became interim champion by stopping Sam-A Gaiyanghadao in round five at The Inner Circle 23 on July 24.
The co-main event pairs Malaysian-American Johan Ghazali with Colombian-American Diego Paez in a flyweight Muay Thai rematch. Both passed hydration and recorded 134.6lb. Paez won their previous encounter by split decision at ONE Fight Night 32 in June 2025.
