PSM beat PSIM 2-1 despite Lagator red card
Goals from Aditya and Stefan Jevtoski put Makassar ahead before Ze Valente converted a penalty for the hosts.

PSM Makassar held off PSIM Yogyakarta for a 2-1 away victory in the fifth round of the Super League at Sultan Agung Stadium in Bantul on 16 October, finishing the match with 10 players.
Aditya broke the deadlock after 50 minutes, finishing a swift counterattack with a low, left-footed shot past goalkeeper Cahya Supriadi. Stefan Jevtoski doubled PSM's lead in the 66th minute after receiving a pass from Rizky Eka during another counterattack.
PSIM were awarded a penalty in the 77th minute following a Video Assistant Referee (VAR) review. PSM defender Dusan Lagator was judged to have stepped on striker Nermin Haljeta's foot inside the penalty area and was also sent off.
Ze Valente converted the spot kick to reduce the deficit. The hosts pressed harder with their numerical advantage, but PSM protected their lead to take three points.
Before the goals, PSM had threatened through Luka Bulatovic, who shot over the bar in the 17th minute. Aditya then headed wide to the left from Rizky Eka's delivery in the 42nd minute.
