PSM Makassar earned a 1-1 draw against Borneo FC despite having two players sent off in their Super League 2026/2027 match at Segiri Stadium in Samarinda on 7 November. The visitors finished with nine men as both sides reached 10 points after the ninth round.

Juan Villa put Borneo ahead in the 44th minute, spotting goalkeeper Muhammad Ardiansyah well off his line and scoring from long range. The hosts had controlled possession early on and produced at least five chances by the 20th minute without finding the net.

PSM responded with a more attacking approach after the interval. Achmat Fahrul brought them level in the 55th minute, finishing past Aldo Geraldo from a Rizky Eka pass during a counterattack.

The visitors lost Mufli Hidayat in the 63rd minute when he received a second yellow card for headbutting Hugo Samir during a confrontation. Borneo increased their dominance but could not score again, while PSM still mounted occasional attacks. Stefan Jevtovski was then shown a red card in stoppage time, but PSM held on for a point.
