PSM target points away to Borneo FC as Aguero remains doubtful
Coach Darije Kalezic says PSM need better finishing, while reporting that the rest of his squad is fit for the Super League fixture.

PSM Makassar are aiming to take points from their Super League 2026/2027 visit to Borneo FC at Segiri Stadium in Samarinda, East Kalimantan, on 7 November. Coach Darije Kalezic said Aguero remained uncertain to play after missing the previous two matches.
Speaking at a pre-match press conference on 6 November, Kalezic described Borneo as strong opponents with depth in their squad. He said PSM could return to Makassar with points if they maintained the level shown over their last four or five games.
Kalezic said all his players apart from Aguero were fit, with the latter's condition still being monitored.
Addressing concerns about PSM's scoring and negative goal difference, the coach said defensive weakness had been their main problem early in the competition. He believed the team had since made significant progress.
He said PSM were creating plenty of chances but needed to improve their finishing. Asked whether players who impressed in the I.League Cup would get further opportunities, Kalezic said he did not separate his squad into starters and reserves. Everyone could be selected according to the requirements of each match, he added.
