Qabil wins at Sepang on return from injury
Bintang Pranata finished 0.166s behind in second, while Qayyim Razali took third to give Malaysia two podium places.

Malaysia's Qabil Irfan Azlan won the opening Moto4 Asia Cup race at Sepang Circuit on his return from a two-month injury absence. The 14-year-old completed the race in 27 minutes and 45.895s, holding off Indonesia's Bintang Pranata.
Bintang finished 0.166s behind Qabil, with Malaysian Qayyim Razali taking third, 0.222s off the winning time. Sepang is staging the series' fourth round, with a second race scheduled for the following day.
A crash during the Moto4 European Cup in Valencia earlier in September left Qabil with fractures to his left tibia and fibula. The injuries kept him out of two rounds of the Asia Cup.
Qabil said winning after his injury made the result particularly meaningful, although he still needed to take care to allow his leg to recover fully. He said the victory had increased his motivation for the second race, where he would seek the best possible result.
